1. ORDERS AND PAYMENTS

When you confirm a purchase through our website, you’re agreeing to provide accurate billing and delivery information so we can process your order properly.  All payments are handled through secure platforms․ Once the order is confirmed and dispatched, ownership of the product transfers to you.

2. Shipping & Delivery

We prepare and ship your orders with care and aim to meet the estimated delivery times shown at checkout. However, these are indicative, not guaranteed. For international shipments, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or simply not what you expected, you can request a return. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, as long as the product is unused and in its original packaging. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund through the same payment method used for the purchase.

4. Liability & Disclaimer

We work hard to ensure that product descriptions, photos, and details reflect reality. Even so, minor variations (especially in color) may occur due to screen settings or lighting.  Our legal responsibility is limited to the extent allowed by applicable law.
